Digital visitor log management

It allows the visitors to check-in digitally eliminating the hectic paperwork. It captures and stores all visitor's records digitally along with the photograph, Identity, OTP verified Mobile number, etc. to help health authorities if they need to track down potentially exposed people.

Remote/Onsite Self-registration

Self registration by the visitors through an invite link or at workplace entrance using the QR codes placed at distant places maintaining social distancing where visitors fill their details and generates the 'Check in' request.

AI Powered Contactless Check-in

Biometrics simplifies and secures the check-in process and lets the guard do the speedy contactless check-in in a few seconds with the help of powerful face recognition technology.

Verify Unexpected Visitors

Verification is sent to the host if some unexpected guest comes to the workplace premises. As the guest checks in, the host gets notified and has to just tap ‘deny’ or ‘approve’ on the mobile app after seeing the details of the guest to let the guest check in.

Invites By The Host

Host can send invites to the guests prior to their visit to the workplace premises through the app and it notifies the host whenever an invited guest checks in with an instant alert notification thereby saving a lot of time.

Temperature Scanning

It helps the organizations to keep record of the body temperature of the visitors with the help of inbuilt/external digital thermometer and generates real-time alerts if temperature is not in permissible range.

‘Aarogya Setu App’ Push Start

Push ON of ‘Aarogya Setu App’ on visitor’s mobile and rejection of entry without having it on mobile. It also ensures that ‘Bluetooth’ and ‘Location’ is put ON before entering the office, consequently it supports the Government’s initiative to control the outbreak.

Employee Touchless Attendance

Employees mark their attendance using their mobile by taking a selfie where a blend of face recognition and geo-fencing technology ensures perfect attendance accurately. This also helps organisations to avoid their employees having to congregate together to mark the attendance.

Mask & Hand Sanitization Check

Entry process also has a digital system of keeping record of visitors without masks or visitors without hand Sanitization. The visitors without masks and hand-santizations are auto rejected by the system.
